C.V.Raman Polytechnic with its beautifully landscaped and carefully tended gardens, provides an ideal environment for a congenial learning experience. Here is a campus that invites students out of their hostels to spend time after classes, amidst greenery and floral colour. The Institute provides separate accommodation for boys and girls. Students seeking admission into CVRP have to apply for accommodation arrangements at the time of admission.

Besides the regular hostel dining facilities, there are affordable food services on the campus that provide inexpensive and easily accessible lunchtime or evening options.

Food Courts
Well maintained food-court caters to the student community members of the faculty, staff and visitors. For those who want a change, a variety of hygienic food facilities are available on the campus. Food Court, serves delicious vegetarian and non-vegetarian food at reasonable price.

Transport
The distance of CVRP from the twin-city is never a headache for its students and faculty. Our busses ply to all major places in the town at concessional rates. Both the staff and students residing off the campus have no problem in commuting to the college campus.

Bank
An extension counter of the Union Bank of India is functioning within the campus with ATM facility. It also supports students in availing financial assistance for their study.

Dispensary
A dispensary inside the institute campus provides emergency service to the students and staff. Two full time doctors attend the dispensary.
A tie-up exists with a local multi-specialty hospital for attending to serious medical complications.
An ambulance caters to the needs of the students, boarders and staff.
First-aid assistance is extended by a number of departments and all the buses.

Gymnasium/Yoga Classes
A fully air conditioned gymnasium, with modern imported equipment exists inside the campus. Two qualified Gym Instructors are available round the clock to train students specifically for their respective sports. The Gym has separate timings for men and women.
